Urban Decay Naked Cherry Review

January 19

On my Christmas list I wrote down one palette that I have been keeping an eye on for a little while, and it is the Urban Decay Naked Cherry. The palette includes 12 matt and shimmer colours, which look great on all skin tones. I have also written a full review of the Naked Heat palette have a read here.

I have loved pink for as long as I can remember. I have a number of different pink eye shadows, however nothing with this much variety. I love that the colours are ‘cherry’ inspired and have a range of colours from the berries, pinks, plums and of course the metallic. I really enjoy creating new looks and trying different techniques.

I have already used the palette a number of times and I have only had it since Christmas, but I love how versatile it is.  I think the first 5 colours from ‘hot spot’ to ‘juicy’ are perfect for those day looks, using just enough colour to give a pop but not overdoing it for your Monday to Friday job. Role on the weekend of the mid-week drinks with the girls, because you can just add an additional shade to completely transform the look.

I’ve always been a fan of the Urban Decay palettes, I think they are worth the money, as the product never disappoints and the quality is incredible.  The colours are beautifully pigmented, and each one is very different. There is a little fall out from the lighter colours I have found, but if you apply your eye shadow before your foundation this is an easy fix. You are paying for a full variety of good quality colours, which blend so easily. Even if you don’t have much make up experience, I always find the Urban Decay Naked ranges are perfect for beginners.

I would love to hear your thoughts if you have the palette?

What make up items are on your wish list?

Any other make up product reviews I should try?

Have a lovely weekend!
